Monthly Dharma Talk

​​On the 2nd Sunday of every month, following the regular Sunday sitting, a short Dharma Talk is given by one of the Still Mountain teachers.

Community Meeting

Community meetings are held on the fifth Sunday of months that have one, after the group meditation, for decision-making and organizational business.

  • BEGINNING MEDITATION INSTRUCTION
    The Teachers’ Council is offering beginning meditation instructions prior to Sunday Sitting on a periodic basis. The instructions include mindfulness, basic focus on the breath meditation, and the importance of being as compassionate and patient with ourselves in the practice as we can.
