DESCRIPTION:Please join us for this new online class that offers an explora
 tion of the Buddha’s understanding of the mind and its way to liberation
 . Drawing on the early teachings\, we’ll look at how clear\, curious awa
 reness can help shape our experience—and how intention\, attention\, and
  wise discernment can free the mind and body from habitual reactivity.\n\n
 Buddhist Psychology invites us into a direct and compassionate inquiry int
 o our own minds. Through teachings\, guided meditations\, and dialogue\, w
 e will explore how mindful insight transforms suffering into understanding
  and confusion into clarity. This class is about cultivating the inner con
 ditions that support freedom and ease in daily life.\n\nThis class is host
 ed by Still Mountain and endorsed by Turner Senior Center\, Ann Arbor.\nWh

  practitioners with basic insight meditation experience\; no prior study o
