DESCRIPTION:Our weekly meditation and sharing is open to the public. We wil
 l sit in silence for about 45 minutes\, take a quick break\, and then gath
 er for a community meeting.\nSocial Hour!!!\nAfter our regularly scheduled
  sitting\, we will have a social hour at Harmony Studio.  If you can join
  us in person\, please stay and socialize with us.  You are welcome to br
