DESCRIPTION:You are welcome to join us as we begin our study and exploratio
 n of the Buddhist teachings and practices of the PARAMITAS.\n\nWe meet on 
 zoom every Tuesday 10:00 -11:30 AM.\n\nIn the Buddhist teachings\, the Par
 amitas refers to our internal ten wholesome qualities. Qualities such as: 
 Resilience\, patience\, truthfulness\, determination etc.\, which are all
  part of our innate nature. And though\, they always exist within our mind
  and body\, they tend sometimes to be shadowed\, un-reached.\n\nPerfecting
  The Paramitas can support our intention to cross the flood of our life’
 s experiences with an awake\, compassionate mind. They can help transform 
 our experience as we go through the day\, and move us to a place of well-b
 eing\, with a sense of freedom and joy.\nMay we all be guided by the beaut
 iful paramitas.\nMay they ripen in us each day on our path of awakening.\n
