- Jon Aaron Retreat- the ledger of expenses was reviewed, we essentially broke even. Receivables = $19,863. Payables = $19,760.
Gratitude was extended to Carol Blotter for working with Dennis to streamline the finances and accounting for retreats. They created a process for managing retreat funds going forward. - Still Mountain accounts – report on each of our bank accounts (checking, savings, retreat, retreat scholarship) was shared along with Venmo and PayPal. Total in all accounts is currently $20,685. See attached Treasurer Report. We are in roughly the same financial situation as in June 2024.
- Budget – our first half income was more than we expected, and expenses were also more than expected. Budgeted projection for the main checking account was $5950. Actual balance is $6396.
- Several sangha members expressed gratitude to Dennis for all the work he has been doing on Still Mountain’s finances, for creating a budget, and for such detailed and accurate tracking of SM funds.

- Teacher Council report – Ken
- The six week, collaborative yoga-meditation class has finished and went well. May be offered again.
- Teachers are continuing monthly zoom gatherings under the revised title “Dharma in Difficult Times”. Meetings are on the last Wednesday of the month. All are welcome.
- Bilha’s on-line Tuesday class continues and is currently working with the Paramitas
- Monday night zoom meetings, led by Karen, Curt and Hugh are continuing (1st & 3rd Mondays each month). This ongoing offering consists of sitting, sharing and discussing. Open to everyone.
- Tuesday morning sit (6:30- 7:15) continues, and is followed by informal sharing and socializing
- Saturday morning sit (8:00- 8:30) continues
- Planned retreat – an in-person, weekend retreat will led by Dawn Scott, March 27-27, 2026 at Maryville Retreat Center, Holly MI
- Teachers are discussing a day long retreat for Fall 2025
- Tech Team report – Phyllis
- There are some changes in our technology in the new space (Harmony in Motion, Ann Arbor). Zoom for our hybrid Sunday Sit will be done with a projector and a pull-down screen.

Dennis – will move pillows, blankets, dana basket, bell, etc.
Judi P – will deliver the projection screen. - Sunday June 6, next week, will be our first week at Harmony. Yair will provide further communication and coordinate the move, including details on what’s needed and a timetable. Some people will arrive early to set up the space. We have a key. We have (limited) storage for our new chairs and the things we use each Sunday.

- Changes – some people are stepping away from this group so new volunteers are needed for Sunday Set-up. We also need to establish a pool of people to back up the regulars. Please consider volunteering.
