You are welcome to join us as we begin our study and exploration of the Buddhist teachings and practices of the PARAMITAS.
We meet on zoom every Tuesday 10:00 -11:30 AM.
In the Buddhist teachings, the Paramitas refers to our internal ten wholesome qualities. Qualities such as: Resilience, patience, truthfulness, determination etc., which are all part of our innate nature. And though, they always exist within our mind and body, they tend sometimes to be shadowed, un-reached.
Perfecting The Paramitas can support our intention to cross the flood of our life’s experiences with an awake, compassionate mind. They can help transform our experience as we go through the day, and move us to a place of well-being, with a sense of freedom and joy.
May we all be guided by the beautiful paramitas.
May they ripen in us each day on our path of awakening.
With Metta.
