Mindfulness meditation has been a helpful way for me to slow down in my life and stay present with what’s happening in the moment. It helps me respond to life challenges with more kindness for myself and others.
Metta, or the practice of Lovingkindness, opens the heart, brings joy and dissolves the sense of separation. Practicing Metta allows me to move beyond judgment and to connect more deeply with others.
Mindfulness meditation and Metta form the foundation of my practice and teaching. I received teacher training at Still Mountain under the guidance of David Lawson.
