Wise intention is about honoring the heart space that guides everything we undertake. It’s about awakening our readiness to recommit – to be wholehearted once again.

This teaching invites us to put the intention of Causing no Harm and treat ourselves and others with Loving-Kindness, while seeking true happiness – that which comes from being free from grasping and clinging – free from attachment.

Prerequisite: At least one ‘Insight Mindfulness Meditation’ class.
