Please join us for this new online class that offers an exploration of the Buddha’s understanding of the mind and its way to liberation. Drawing on the early teachings, we’ll look at how clear, curious awareness can help shape our experience—and how intention, attention, and wise discernment can free the mind and body from habitual reactivity.
Buddhist Psychology invites us into a direct and compassionate inquiry into our own minds. Through teachings, guided meditations, and dialogue, we will explore how mindful insight transforms suffering into understanding and confusion into clarity. This class is about cultivating the inner conditions that support freedom and ease in daily life.
