In the Buddhist teachings, The Paramitas, are our inner ten wholesome qualities. Qualities such as: resilience, patience, truthfulness, determination, loving-kindness etc., which are all part of our innate nature. And, though they always exist within our mind and body, they tend sometimes to be shadowed, unreached.
Perfecting The Paramitas can support our intention to cross the flood of life’s experiences with an awakened, wise and compassionate mind. They can help transform our experience as we go through our day and move us from confusion and suffering to a place of clarity and well-being.
The teachers of Still Mountain are joining together to become a teaching team for this essential training in Buddhist study.
