Our weekly meditation and sharing is open to the public. We will sit in silence for about 45 minutes, take a quick break, and then gather for a community meeting.
Social Hour!!!
After our regularly scheduled sitting, we will have a social hour at Harmony Studio. If you can join us in person, please stay and socialize with us. You are welcome to bring finger food to share.
We meet in person, but for those who prefer to join us online a hybrid option via Zoom is available. Zoom information is sent via email and is available on our website for logged-in users. If you would like to be able to log in and to receive our email, you may register online.
