Our weekly meditation and sharing is open to the public. We will sit in silence for about 45 minutes, take a quick break, and then gather for sharing related to the Dharma. After our regular time together, a Social Hour will be held at Harmony. Please bring finger food to share and a beverage for yourself, if you wish.
We meet in person, but for those who prefer to join us online a hybrid option via Zoom is available. Zoom information is sent via email and is available on our website for logged-in users. If you would like to be able to log in and to receive our email, you may register online.
