A Day Long Meditation Retreat: THE MIDDLE WAY
When Mindfulness meets a mind’s habit
The “Middle Way” is a quality of mind that exists in the reality of present time. In this reality, life is clear, awake, and empty—yet filled with possibilities. When we rest in this state of mind, we neither remove ourselves from our worldly experiences nor get lost in them. We just keep the whole drama in a close, compassionate attention—to open the space for change and possibilities.
During this retreat, we’ll explore the Buddhist concept of the “Middle Way”, through meditation practices, teachings, and interactive contemplations.
