Join the teachers of Still Mountain as we explore together what is coming up in our minds and hearts during these last weeks before the election. We will create a safe space to share with each other the ways we hold our experience in the light of the Dharma. This time together will begin with a guided compassion meditation, followed by a few words about about holding this space safely for each other, and then opening it up for general discussion.
