Tuesday Drop-in Mindfulness-Based Meditation Practices with Instruction

Please join our drop-in mindfulness-based meditation practices that is offered virtually via Zoom each Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. These sessions are designed for everyone from beginners to those who would like to deepen their already established practice and include ongoing guided meditation practice and interactive teachings.

With Bilha Birman Rivlin, Ph.D., Still Mountain Meditation teacher.

We will begin with the teachings and practices of the Eightfold-Path. It is the Buddhist spiritual and practical path, which guides us on a way to alleviate suffering, and become free of suffering in our lifetime.
